FROM DISPLACEMENT TO DIGNITY: Unlocking the potential of migrant youth from Latin America and the Caribbean

This Policy Brief, led by young people, is intended for policymakers, civil society actors, and international organizations working on migration governance in Latin America and the Caribbean. It presents six priority recommendations to advance a just, inclusive, and resilient migration system in the region, grounded in human rights and equity. These recommendations aim to respond to intersecting crises of conflict, economic instability, health disparities, and environmental change, while addressing the systemic inequalities that shape mobility across the region. They also align with the objectives outlined in the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM), adopted in 2018.
