What do you get out of it?

    Every team member who completes one full mandate year, and regularly supports MYCP activities related to their role, will receive a certificate of commendation. Certificates of excellence are given to MYCP team members who go above and beyond their role.

  • Professional Development

    Team-only workshops, training, and activities to help develop your CV and prepare you for the future you want.

  • Networking

    The ability to network and build professional connections with MYCP’s partners, supporters and members across governments, civil society, UN agencies and other sectors.

  • External Representation

    The chance to represent MYCP and our constituency at events, capacity buildings, external trainings and speaking engagements (where relevant to your activities) 

  • Leadership/Opportunity Pathway

    Based on your role and performance, the opportunity for promotion and compensation for funded work.
