Youth on the Move

The Capacity Building Sessions for young people aim to enhance their knowledge and awareness of different migration related topics, policy and governance, while also offering practical skills to support their professional growth and development.

Capacity Building

They aim to showcase youth leadership, expertise and lived-experience, relying on a peer to peer learning strategy, allowing for young participants to hear from other young people in a similar situation.

From March to September 2025, we hosted five 90-minute Capacity Building Sessions designed to equip young advocates with hands-on tools and insights in the field of migration and displacement. The sessions emphasized youth-led advocacy and expertise—six out of seven speakers were under the age of 35 and all had direct experience in supporting or leading youth-driven initiatives.
